What to expect from the workshop

Always know what to do next to grow your traffic, leads, customers, revenue or profit. Learn to set and achieve our most challenging growth goals like a growth marekting professional.

We are starting this workshop by pinpointing your position using AARRR metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue). Then we analyze our strengths, weaknesses, and bottlenecks through looking at our numbers to clearly understand where you stand. This creates a foundation for targeting the most impactful opportunities and eliminating roadblocks.

Next, we are setting clear, actionable growth goals that align with the company’s overall vision. Break these goals into manageable quarterly objectives using OKRs, ensuring every effort contributes directly to measurable progress. These goals act as a guiding framework, keeping your team focused and results-driven.

Once goals are defined, we are creating a structured plan to achieve them. Focus on key areas such as the Growth Roadmap. That let’s us create an organized checklist to break down tasks into actionable steps, ensuring alignment and efficiency across your team.

Finally, we are establishing a clear accountability. Assign ownership for each metric, task, and project, and track progress using dashboards to maintain visibility. Allocate resources strategically, and bring in external expertise if needed, always staying focused on the main growth objectives to drive meaningful results.

A growth strategy isn’t optional; it’s essential. It helps us:

  • Identifying and diagnosing our critical bottlenecks, so we can focus our efforts where it matters most.

The workshop will take place on February 17, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM and will be held in English. If all participants are German-speaking, the workshop will be conducted in German.
